Shipping is free within the continental US. Currently, shipping outside of this is a $200 dollar flat rate.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped outside of Colorado pay ZERO sales tax. Store pickups or orders shipped within Colorado are subject to tax.
How soon will my order ship?
We ship all orders within 2 days of placement, unless instructed otherwise by you. All rugs ship straight from our showrooms in Crested Butte and Denver.
Can i see more of a rug before i buy?
If you would like to see more before you make a decision, contact us and we will send you more pictures.
I want to change/cancel an order.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us right away at either the Crested Butte (970-349-0116) or Denver (303-825-0064) stores and someone will help you process a refund. If your order has already shipped, you will have to pay to ship it back to us.
I want to return an order.
If the rug doesn’t work for any reason, we are happy to work with you directly to find one that does. But you always have 3 days from the date of receipt to return a rug for a full refund. You will only be responsible for the cost of return shipping
Is this site secure?
Yes, all orders are send using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Furthermore, while your name and shipping information is saved to your account, we never save credit card information.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the sign in page, click the forgot password link and follow the instructions. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
I live outside of North America.
We currently only process online orders to North America. If you live outside of North America and would like to buy a rug, please contact us and we will be happy to process your order manually.
We are moving to a new location in Denver. We are still in the process of setting up our new space, but we should be open for business by August 15.
