Shekarlou rugs are woven by members of the Qashqai tribal confederation of Iran, and are related in design and weaving style to the Gabbeh and Kashkuli. They feature extremely high quality handspun wool hand dyed with all natural vegetable dyes, giving them an amazing depth of color. They have thick, lush pile and are as durable as they are beautiful.
